Christopher Bishop FCA B Bus. – Finance and Marketing
Chris is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has a B Bus. (Accounting) from the University of Tasmania. At age 28 Chris was admitted to partnership with Chartered Accounting firm Davern Dixon. With over 40 years experience in business and accounting and after some 30 years as a Partner, 2010 was the year when Chris, together with his fellow Partners chose to integrate their practice with Deloitte. Now engaged as a Consultant with Deloitte Private, Chris specialises in Business Advisory Services and acts for clients across a broad range of industries and professions.
Chris' sporting achievemets were in Australian Rules football playing predominantly as a rover and later as a half back. Chris has a host of personal hobbies, loves AFL and cycling and is the drummer for rock band Captain Mannering. His love of drumming and music extends from the 60's to present with favourite bands listed as The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Coldplay and Kings of Leon.
Chris brings many years of business experience to the team providing the management group with expertise in accounting, budgeting and financial management while co-managing the team’s marketing and sponsorship requirements.
