Owned and operated by Tasmanian Pro Cycling Project Inc, the Pure Tasmania and Deloitte Cycling Team is an exciting addition to the Australian pro cycling scene. The team was formed during December 2010 with the cooperation of three major stake holders; Pure Tasmania, Deloitte Private and the Tasmanian Institute of Sport (TIS).
Pure Tasmania is Tasmania’s premier accommodation and hospitality services provider operating establishments such as Wrest Point Hotel, Country Club Tasmania, The Henry Jones Art Hotel, the West Coast Wilderness Railway and the new AUD$35m exclusive Saffire Freycinet resort at Coles Bay on Tasmania’s east coast.

The TIS is the Tasmanian Government’s platform for administering training and development of Tasmania’s leading athletes. The Institute’s charter is to provide leadership and quality athlete and coaching services to Tasmania’s talented athletes to enable them to successfully compete on the international stage.

Polygon are an exciting addition to our Partner group contributing a significant investment of fine quality equipment as well as providing a wonderful opportunity for our team to race on the Asian Circuit throughout the year.
The team was established as a pathway for Tasmanian elite cyclists to further their professional cycling career with the expectation of emulating the achievements of Tasmanian international cyclists Matthew Goss, Bernard and Wesley Sulzberger, Ritchie Porte, Will Clarke and Cameron Wurf.
The team boasts an array of former team members, including Australian champions including Belinda Goss, Amy Cure, Rowena Fry, Grace Sulzberger as well as current Junior World Track Champion Georgia Baker while the men’s roster includes a selection of Australia’s rising stars.
